4) Cookies

To make visiting our website attractive and enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies on various pages. These are small text files stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the browser session ends, i.e., after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us or our partner companies (cookies from third parties) to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). When cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browser and location data and IP address values. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie.

If personal data is also processed by individual cookies implemented by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR either for the execution of the contract or in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the site visit.

If we cooperate with the aforementioned advertising partners, you will be individually and separately informed about the use of such cookies and the scope of the respective information collected within the following paragraphs.

Please note that you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general. 5) Contact

When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of these data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

6) Online Appointment Scheduling

Own function for online appointment scheduling
We process your personal data in the context of the provided online appointment scheduling. Which data we collect for online appointment scheduling can be seen from the respective input form or the appointment query for scheduling. If certain data is necessary to conduct online appointment scheduling, we will indicate this accordingly in the input form or appointment query. If we provide you with a free text field in the input form, you can describe your request in more detail there. You can then also control which additional data you wish to enter. The data you provide will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of scheduling an appointment. If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a contract with you (this also applies to processing operations necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures), the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. If you have given us consent to process your data, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. A given consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the controller mentioned at the beginning of this declaration.

7) Use of Customer Data for Direct Advertising

7.1 Subscription to Our Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter, meaning we will only send you an email newsletter if you have expressly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter by clicking on a corresponding link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to track any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when you subscribe to the newsletter is used exclusively for promotional purposes in the form of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller mentioned at the beginning of this declaration. After you unsubscribe, your email address will be promptly deleted from our newsletter distribution list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

7.2 Newsletter Dispatch via "Ascend" by Wix

The sending of our email newsletters is carried out via the service "Ascend" by Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("Wix"), to whom we pass on the data you provided when subscribing to the newsletter. This disclosure is made in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using a promotional, secure, and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g., email address) is stored on Wix's servers in Israel. As part of the aforementioned Wix services, data may also be transferred to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA, for further processing.

Wix uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message was opened and which links were clicked, if any. With the help of conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g., the purchase of a product on our website) took place after clicking the link in the newsletter. Additionally, technical information is collected (e.g., the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in a pseudonymized form and is not linked to your other personal data, making direct personal reference impossible. This data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to tailor future newsletters better to the interests of the recipients.

If you object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

In the event of data transfer to Wix in Israel, the appropriate level of data protection is ensured by the European Commission's adequacy decision.

We have concluded a data processing agreement ("Data Processing Agreement") with Wix, obligating Wix to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
Further information on Wix's data protection can be found at the following website: Wix Privacy Policy.

8) Tools and Miscellaneous

Wix
This website uses the cookie consent tool from Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("Wix") to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent. By integrating a corresponding JavaScript code, users are shown a banner when accessing the page, in which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking the box. Here, all consent-requiring cookies/services are only loaded if the respective user gives corresponding consent by ticking the box. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective end device of the user if consent has been given.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is not processed in this context.

9) Rights of the Data Subject

9.1 The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data subject rights (rights of access and intervention) vis-à-vis the controller concerning the processing of your personal data, which we inform you about below:
-
Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR: In particular, you have the right to obtain information about your data processed by us, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if not collected from you by us, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for you, and your right to be informed about the guarantees provided under Art. 46 GDPR when your data is transferred to third countries;
-
Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR: You have the right to have incorrect data relating to you corrected without delay and/or to have your incomplete data stored by us completed;
-
Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the conditions of Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR are met. However, this right does not exist in particular if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
-
Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data contested by you is being verified when you refuse the erasure of your data due to unlawful data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data when you need your data to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims after we no longer need this data after the purpose has been achieved, or when you have lodged an objection on grounds relating to your particular situation, as long as it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate grounds prevail;
-
Right to be informed pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR: If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data relating to you has been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.
-
Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible;
-
Right to withdraw consent granted pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR: You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data once given at any time with effect for the future. In the event of withdrawal, we will immediately delete the data concerned unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the withdrawal;
-
Right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

9.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS PART OF A BALANCE OF INTERESTS BASED ON OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE, OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US TO CARRY OUT DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE THE OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

10) Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of storage of personal data is based on the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing, and statutory retention periods.

If processing is based on explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, data is stored until consent is revoked.

For data processed under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contractual obligations, data is stored until no longer required for contract fulfillment and no legitimate interest for further storage exists.

Data processed under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR is stored until the data subject exercises their right to object unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing.

For direct advertising purposes under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, data is stored until the data subject objects.

If no specific processing situation applies, personal data is deleted when no longer necessary for the purposes collected or processed.
